What we collect

We record your first name, last name, email address, optional organisation, selected language and the date you gave newsletter consent.

Purpose and basis

We collect this information through the online form and use it only to send the COP31Radar newsletter and keep a record of your consent. No external newsletter delivery service is connected yet.

Storage and access

Records are held in COP31Radar’s protected database and can be viewed only by authorised administrators. Infrastructure providers may technically process the data to operate the site. We remove your record when you ask to unsubscribe or delete it.
